Worship Gatherings

You are invited to Generations Church! We would love the opportunity to get to know you and your family. Invite your friends and family and make plans to gather with us either at the Southside Family YMCA in Farmville, VA, Sundays at 10:30 AM. Whether you grew up in church or have never attended church, you are welcome here as we form this new church family here in Farmville.

Worship:
Generations Church will always be focused on living missionally and serving the world. We aren’t about productions or performance, but about living missional, Christ-centered lives. Worshiping together is important; we come together to hear relevant preaching, worship God, pray together. The church is the people; the building or facility is where the church meets, it is not the church itself :-) Because the church is the people, we work to live out our faith every day of the week. We are told in the Bible to go into the world to spread the good news of Jesus Christ.

GenKidz:
We offer quality and safe children’s care during the service in the YMCA facility. Fun engaging, meaningful times await GenKidz, including puppet shows, Bible lessons, building friendships, and learning about Jesus. Find out more

Generations: Who Are We?

Generations Church is a holiness, missional, Christian community.

We are a church after the missio dei, God who is sent. We are joined together around a dream and a call to build a community in our town with Jesus Christ at the center of mission. Our desire is that we would be a sent, authentic community where people experience and express the reality of God’s love in the way of Jesus.
